It was always a little difficult for endusers to use plugins cause there was no "standard way" of installing. Our developer 'dukus' is about to change that in the future with a dedicated installer for plugins and skins.

The installer is a separated program located in same directory as mediaportal with abilities to make, update, download, install and uninstall mpi packages. Informations can be found in the wiki.
